The Ambassador Seoul - A Pullman Hotel

The hotel offered fine views of the city skyline and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the hotel had a well-equipped gym with top-of-the-line machines, making it easy to stay active during our city trip.

The buffet at the restaurant was quite expensive, and the a la carte menu was overpriced compared to other options in the area. Finding a Western-style breakfast that was reasonably priced was a challenge.

Efficient and friendly staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, free and fast wifi, convenient airport shuttle. Enjoyed the stay and would return.

Our stay at Pullman was wonderful. The room was always clean and the amenities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the large indoor pool and fully equipped gym. The location was ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The staff were great too make us feel welcome and attended to our every need. we had an amazing and relaxing experience at Pullman. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Seoul.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Dongguk University metro station and within walking distance to major tourist attractions like Dongdaemun. The staff is friendly and professional, with great English language skills. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offers transportation services, including taxis and trains, making it easy to explore the city.

The noise levels in the hotel can be a bit disruptive at times due to thin walls between rooms.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, offering a wide range of treatments. the Indoor swimming pool and Sauna were also top, notch. the room was spacious, with high, end furnishings and comfortable bed. the Restaurant served delicious food and the Bar/Lounge area was cozy, perfect for relaxing. the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the location was conveniently close to key tourist spots.

The only minor issue we had was with the In, room breakfast, which arrived a bit later than expected. the breakfast items were fresh and delicious, making up for the delay.

They were always ready to help and so polite. The location was convenient, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. The nearest station was also easily accessible, making transportation easy. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered a variety of delicious options, including excellent sushi and sashimi, steak, salads, and, of course.

It was all superb.

The staff was helpful and cute, the pool was enjoyable, facilities were excellent, the location was convenient, the concierge provided great information for exploring Seoul, and the hotel lobby smelled good.

The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, with amenities such as a Nespresso machine and massage chairs in the business area. The breakfast buffet is great, offering a variety of options for guests. the hotel has a clean swimming pool with a small jacuzzi and a well-equipped fitness room.

Some guests experienced issues with housekeeping, as basic amenities were not consistently replenished during their stay.
