The decor in the rooms and bathrooms felt a bit dated, and it seemed like the hotel could benefit from some renovations. the buffet at the restaurant was quite expensive, and the a la carte menu was overpriced compared to other options in the area.

Our stay at Pullman was absolutely wonderful. The room was always clean and the amenities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the large indoor pool and fully equipped gym. The location was ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel is conveniently located near the Dongguk University metro station and within walking distance to major tourist attractions like Dongdaemun. The staff is friendly and professional, with great English language skills. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offers transportation services, including taxis and trains, making it easy to explore the city.

The noise levels in the hotel can be a bit disruptive at times due to thin walls between rooms.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, offering a wide range of treatments. the Indoor swimming pool and Sauna were also top, notch. the room was spacious, with high, end furnishings and comfortable bed. the Restaurant served delicious food and the Bar/Lounge area was cozy, perfect for relaxing. the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the location was conveniently close to key tourist spots.

The only minor issue we had was with the In, room breakfast, which arrived a bit later than expected. the breakfast items were fresh and delicious, making up for the delay.

The breakfast and dinner buffet offered a variety of delicious options, including outstanding sushi and sashimi, steak, salads, and, of course.

The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, with amenities such as a Nespresso machine and massage chairs in the business area. The breakfast buffet is great, offering a variety of options for guests. the hotel has a clean swimming pool with a small jacuzzi and a well-equipped fitness room.

Some guests experienced issues with housekeeping, as basic amenities were not consistently replenished during their stay.
